Alpha Plus Ventures Limited (Alpha Plus), founded in 2021 A.D., positions itself as a distinguished SEBON-regulated SIF licensed investment fund with a dedicated focus on Nepal. Our mission is to facilitate the private placement of equity across diverse industries, supporting fundamentally robust companies at every stage of their lifecycle.
At Alpha Plus, our investment philosophy is rooted in strategic diversification across key sectors including renewable energy, hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing, Information communication and technology sector among others. We allocate capital to sectors that not only demonstrate promise but also contribute significantly to enhance Nepal's economic output.
A cornerstone of our approach is a commitment to creating widespread benefits for the public. We meticulously select sectors and companies that not only present compelling investment opportunities but also align with our broader mission of fostering economic prosperity. At Alpha Plus, our mission is to drive economic growth and development in Nepal by investing in fundamentally strong companies across a variety of industries. By providing financial and operational expertise, as well as capital and support, we aim to help these companies grow, improve efficiency, and optimize their capital structures. Chhapi Raj Pant
Chairman - Independent Director
Mr. Chhapi Raj Pant is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over three decades of experience, primarily with Nepal SBI Bank Limited. He has held senior leadership positions across credit management, branch management, marketing, risk and compliance, and business development, including serving as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and Chief Business Development Officer. His expertise spans credit appraisal, risk management, banking operations, corporate business, and financial management.
Dr. Ravi Sharma Aryal
Director
Dr. Ravi Sharma Aryal is a distinguished legal professional, environmental law expert, and former High Court Judge of Nepal, with extensive experience across the judiciary, government, and legislative affairs. He holds a PhD in Environmental Law from the University of Delhi and has served in several senior positions, including Chair Judge of the Foreign Employment Tribunal, Judge of the High Courts of Nepal, Acting Secretary of the Nepal Law Commission, and Legal Advisor to the Constituent Assembly/Legislature Parliament. He has also made significant contributions to environmental law through research, publications, and international engagements with organizations such as IUCN, UNEP, and CITES.
Animesh Halwai

Mr. Animesh Halwai is an accomplished business leader with over 10 years of experience in the hydropower, investment, and capital market sectors. He previously served as a public representative Director of Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. He currently serves as the Chairman of Next Properties Pvt. Ltd. and RemWork, Nepal’s leading co-working space provider serving international clients and organizations, including Httpool (Meta partner), SMEC, DAI (USAID), FES (USAID), and Medium (Alphabet Inc. partner). He is also associated as a Director of Next Holdings Limited.
Aarati Adhikari

Ms. Aarati Adhikari is an accomplished corporate executive and board director with an MBA and a proven track record of leadership across the energy, holding, and corporate investment sectors. She currently serves as Managing Director of Shreeta Holding and as a Board Director of Nari Urja Limited and Peoples Power Limited. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, strategic risk management, and capital structure oversight, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth and long-term stakeholder value across multiple entities.

Mr. Ashutosh Khetan is a finance and business leader with an MBA from Yale School of Management and extensive experience spanning investment banking, capital markets, and equity analytics at Houlihan Lokey and Bloomberg L.P. He currently serves as Managing Director of Lumbini Ceramics and Director of Sagar Distillery, bringing cross-border transaction experience, financial structuring expertise, and a proven track record of driving operational and strategic growth across diverse industries.

A seasoned finance professional with experience in SME/MSME lending, agriculture finance, renewable energy, and financial inclusion. He has worked at Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Sunrise Bank, and Bank of Kathmandu. He holds an MBA and MSc from the University of Liverpool and brings expertise in investment advisory, portfolio management, and sustainable finance.
